We know how important it is to stop, reset, rewind and re-start!

In today’s hectic and busy life, we not always make it to dedicate the time, the patience and the love needed to do that and deeply find the meaning of “reset” and “re-start” for all aspects of your true self your body, your mind and your soul!

After numerous retreats in the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria and Bali this time we want to take you to a special for Kremena place – Cape Town! Going back to Cape Town is another dream come true for Kremena.

The purpose of the retreat is to help you think calmly about what’s truly important, far from the daily routines and never-ending to-do lists. Relax in the breathtaking nature of South Africa, learn new yoga techniques , breathing and meditation, get inspired by a new and exotic cuisine, share your knowledge, ideas with like-minded people and dance on the endless joy of just being yourself here and now!

This retreat is a manifestation of Kremena’s experience after attending Practice you weekend in Zurich with Elena Brower. We will be using techniques from Elena Brower and practice you! To truly practice you we will be including inquiries from her book Practice You! If you have already a journal, please feel free to bring it along with you.

In all these days will blend nourishing practices and reflective time for oneself. Morning energetic classes and dynamic flows are followed by soft and nourishing yin sessions in the afternoon!

When: 24nd of Jan – 31th of Jan: We will spend 4 nights at Bodhi Khaya retreat center (2,5 hours from Cape Town) and 3 nights in Hout Bay.

YorYoga Retreat at Bodhi Khaya

Take 4 days for yourself and go deeper with the practice of being you.

During those days we will blend nourishing practices and reflective time for oneself. In each morning class, expect asana, pranayama, and meditation. In each afternoon class, expect a nourishing, more quiet practice, including inquiries from Practice You, or you may bring your own journal.

Day 1 I Feel

Laterals and twists. Meditation. Wring it out for physical and emotional detoxification.

Day 2 I Understand

Forward bends and hips. Meditation. Stretch and realign for suppleness of mind.

Day 3 I Love

Backbends. Meditation. Organ flushing; physical and mental clarification.

Day 4 I Serve

Yin. Restorative. Meditation. Mind releases in order to flood the body with more salient information.

This includes:

  • 4 nights at Bodhi Khaya Retreat
  • 3 healthy vegetarian meals a day (breakfast lunch & dinner)
  • 8 Yoga classes (Vinyasa & Yin) – all levels are welcome
  • 4 Meditation sessions
  • Snacks
  • Fresh Mountain Spring Water
  • Coffee/Tea/Juices
