The Silence of Being - 6 Day Silent Retreat (Don't USE)

April 27 - May 2, 2022

  • – Program Price

In silence, we hear truth. In stillness, we feel truth. In being, we are truth.

Experience the silence of being in the serenity of nature at Bodhi Khaya’s 6 Day Silent Retreat.

Allow yourself to explore your inner world, while basking in the beauty of the wild during this 6 day 5 night retreat from Wednesday 27 April to Monday 2nd May (27th April and 2nd May are public holidays).

Get quiet and listen to the sounds of nature in our eco-spiritual sanctuary, while moving through a daily schedule of meditation, yoga flow, breathwork, Chi Kung, guided silent nature walks, evening restorative yoga, ceremonial tree planting, soul-nourishing mindful meals and plenty of free time for rest, renewal and reflection.

The retreat will be gently guided, supported and held, yet with the freedom to intuitively explore the landscape, both within and without. Give yourself permission to truly connect to yourself through the sacred practice of silence.

On Noble Silence

The practice of Noble Silence means to refrain from all outward communication through both speaking and body language. We ask that all those who attend commit to holding this powerful silent container. None of the sessions and activities are compulsory, yet we hold the silence with the strongest integrity. Unlike some other practices of Noble Silence, reading and writing is permitted.
