Our imaginations make us uniquely human. Creativity is in our DNA, but modern living tends to alienate us from using our hands; we are mass consumers of machine-made products which we discard at alarming rates. Think of all the beautiful objects our ancestors made as a matter of course in their daily lives.

Self-reflection reawakens creativity, and creativity is enhanced by self-reflection. Both lead to deeper self-knowledge. MIRROR leads you back to yourself and to co-creation. Subtle changes occur in our reflections when we activate creative processes together.

We explore a range of stimulating topics which spark expression. You need no art training for this. We photocopy, mould, glue, paste, draw, cut, paint and use whatever medium is required. We discuss the fast-changing future, the interaction between science and contemplative practices, artificial intelligence and ancient teachings. What does it mean to be youon the planet right now?

The content does not espouse a particular belief system; it explores multiple myths and cultural traditions, diverse philosophies, faiths, and psychologies that return us to our roots and who we truly are.
