We all have a limitless potential for peace. We have a limitless potential for love, for compassion, for wisdom, for joy, for happiness, for freedom. Gen Pagpa will share practical teachings and meditations that show us how we can manifest our boundless potential within our daily life and thereby truly benefit our friends, family and society.

These teachings are very suitable for those new to Buddhism as well as those who are already familiar with Buddhist teachings. Everybody is welcome. Day passes also available. Please note we will be keeping contemplative silence until lunchtime and after the last session on Saturday and Sunday.

The retreat schedule will allow lots of time for quiet relaxation and community, enjoying delicious meals, and exploring the beautiful countryside in the nature reserve. In keeping with the community ethos at Bodhi Khaya we have been asked for each retreat participant to contribute one hour of light work on the estate after breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

We have held many meditation retreats at Bodhi Khaya Retreat Centre. These give a precious opportunity for many people to switch off from their busy lives and get fully immersed in the incredibly scenic and peaceful setting. Bodhi Khaya is a rare haven of tranquility and the perfect environment to relax and journey into our mind on retreat.

All-inclusive price includes all teachings, lodging, refreshments and 3 vegetarian meals per day.
