When we begin to see the connection between our mind, body and spirit, we can embrace the fullness of ourselves as a whole being.

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”― B.K.S. Iyengar

“The body is not a mindless machine; the body and mind are one.”
Candace B. Pert

Join us at beautiful Bodhi Khaya for our 3 day Whole Being Women’s Retreat, facilitated by Integrative Nutritionist, Herbalist, Kinesiologist, Kate Arnott and Holistic Wellness Coach, Olivia Moon.

Working with the principles of Mind-Body Connection, we will explore how to work with the Nervous System, Emotions, Energetics, Mindset, Somatics, Breathwork, Herbalism, Nutrition, Movement, Gut Health and more in order to come back to a state of balance both within and without. We will journey to the root cause of imbalance, while offering practical tools and practices that you can use in your life to bring you into a state of regulation and homestasis – the pathway to a more fulfilling, happier life.

Together we will learn to restore and reintegrate the seemingly fragmented parts of ourselves, cultivating an embodied awareness of the intrinsic connection between our physical (body) and energetic (mind, emotions, soul) selves. Within the supportive and held space of an all women retreat, we will practice re-membering our innate our wholeness.

Healing does not happen in a vacuum. The cause and effect of dis-ease – ranging from stress, depression and anxiety to chronic illness, are interlinked. To heal one, we must address the other. This is the path of recognising yourself as a whole being, living a holistic life where ALL the parts of us get to be heard.
